Assault by MaineHealth/Waldo County Hospital escalates health and safety to residents. Proposing a 30,000 gallon propane tank on the hospital property and moving 4 tanks to my back yard, where there are many already. On top of the ongoing site corruption and slaughter to my property and life since I moved here in 2010. On my 18k (less after $700 Fed, Taxes!) first year of Maine Community Options was $37 a month. Now $76 a month. Soon to easily double. MCO covers a yearly physical. First year, unbeknownst to me, Dr. ordered extra labs that were not covered. Costing me another $400 for tests I did not need. I do not have any health issues or prescriptions. Staying well keeps me out of their system. Huge incentive.
Last year, 2nd physical. I tell Dr., lab and billing prior to exam that no extra's are authorized. Physical exam and cholesterol test (only lab covered) ONLY. Tech. comes at me with 2 vials. She remembers speaking to me for only cholesterol test. Regardless of my efforts, my Dr. ordered extra labs. Tech said the computer would have kicked it out if it wasn't covered. Wrong. I told her no. Cholesterol only.
Next day is the physical with my Dr, and the lab results. My Dr. didn't care what I authorized stating cholesterol testing is basically useless. We go back and forth. Because of my clean health, he cannot argue the need for UNAUTHORIZED additional lab work. Although he tries, he then blames his staff. Get me out of here.
This year, a boulder smashes my finger with a gash. I go across the street to my Dr. (office in the hospital) He tells the receptionist to tell me he is busy, and that I have to go to the emergency room. I said no, I will wait. Within an hour, another Dr, saw me, tried to glue it together but failed. Glue made it impossible for stitches, Nasty scar, but it eventually healed, thankful that I didn't pick up infection that are epic in medical facilities.
I am also passing on the physical exam and mammogram this year. I do not trust MaineHealth at all. Yet , they take my money, corruptly expand, endangering my property, rights and health. One mom vs them. Six years in counting, locally to State, all the corrupt try to break me for intake into the system. Blogging is my only protector with my beagles. Staying healthy, law abiding and protecting my home, my last asset as they prey and intimidate. Lawless and calculating white/pink/blue collar thugs of greed and illness,

BELFAST — A 24-year-old Brooks man, who beat, choked and forced a stick into the rectum of a woman will serve five years in prison.
Belfast District Court Judge Paul Mathews on July 26 sentenced Arthur E. Williams to 14 years with all but five years suspended, followed by six years' probation, for gross sexual assault. He was given concurrent sentences for aggravated assault and domestic violence assault.
Williams was arrested Nov. 29, 2015, after the victim reported the abuse.
In a statement given to courts later, the victim said Williams had been physically and verbally abusive in the past. On the day after Thanksgiving 2015, he started choking her, punched her in the head and put his fingers in her eye sockets.
"After a while of him choking me, I fell off the bed," she said in her statement. "He choked me again and told me 'this is the end.'"
The victim said she believed she was going to die. She said Williams went looking around the house and came back with a wooden stick wrapped in electrical tape that he called his "numb chuck." He beat her on the legs and buttocks and stuck the stick into her rectum "quite far and took it out and said, 'ha ha … look at all that blood,'" she said.
"When I finally got up, my face turned blue and I forgot how to breathe," she said.
The woman said Williams refused to take her to the emergency room. The next day, she said, she slipped away from Williams and went to stay with her mother.
Maine State Police Trooper Benjamin Sweeney went to Williams' residence where he was let into the house by the landlord. There, he said, he found the stick wrapped in electrical tape.
Photographs of the victim taken at the hospital showed significant bruising of the legs arms and buttocks, Sweeney wrote in a statement. "On some photos you could not see any natural skin color."
Upon his release, Williams will serve six years' probation. During that time, he will be prohibited from having any contact, direct or indirect, with the victim. He will be prohibited from owning possessing or using a firearm or dangerous weapon. He will be required to submit to random search and testing for alcohol, drugs, firearms and dangerous weapons. And he will be required to complete psychological and sex offender counseling.
